It consists of two main companies, Kiler GYO AŞ, which plans, develops and realizes the projects belonging to the Construction Group Companies of Kiler Holding, and BİSKON YAPI AŞ, which manages/undergoes the construction of these projects. The primary goals of the Group Companies are to always go beyond customer expectations, to create projects that inspire confidence in terms of life and investment, and to complete the said projects in parallel with the pre-determined schedules.

Kiler, which started to serve in the field of transportation through Turex AŞ (which was established in the year 2001 by Kiler), also provides services in different fields such as personnel transportation, public transport, vehicle and fleet rental and fuel station management. In recent years, by focusing on health tourism, the Group has focused on hotel investments in Turkey's important thermal centres, especially in Afyon.

The Company titled Kütahya Şeker, which has been serving in the food sector since 1953, produces crystal granulated sugar, cube sugar, pulps and molasses. Kütahya Şeker AŞ, which has a beet processing capacity of 240 Thousand Tons per year, meets a large part of Turkey's sugar needs. Produced by Kütahya Şeker AŞ, the product named "Bir Şeker" is a quality product with a crystal white colour, which is produced from sugar beets. The above-mentioned product called "Bir Şeker", which is produced in the form of powder and cubes, is presented to the consumers in various types of boxes.

  • KİLER GYO

    Kiler GYO was established in the year 2008 as a Real Estate Partnership. The Issued Capital of the Company is 1.395.000.000 TRY and 46% of this Issued Capital is made available to the public. In addition to its commercial and residential investments that are expected to attract the attention of every segment in Istanbul, the Company, which has a wide range of projects in terms of project diversity, also has Shopping Centre Projects to be implemented in various cities of Anatolia and Logistic, Depot, Warehouse Projects. In addition to projects such as Istanbul Sapphire that caused great changes in the architectural perspective and life in the city, the Company develops projects and makes growth plans in many different locations between Beylikdüzü and Kartal.

  • BİSKON YAPI A.Ş.

    BİSKON YAPI is a Group Company that has been operating since 2004 and that manages/undergoes the construction of the projects developed by Kiler GYO. It is specialized in the construction and operation of Shopping, Business and Living Centres. It is a Construction Company with a strong Management Team consisting of experienced architects and engineers, who take into account the details that shall protect and facilitate human life at every stage of their projects ranging from architectural design to material selection.

  • HİKMET KİLER FOUNDATION

    The Hikmet Kiler Foundation was established on June 12, 2007 by the deceased Hikmet Kiler and his sons, Mr Nahit Kiler, Vahit Kiler and Ümit Kiler. In the first year of its establishment, this Foundation built a Science High School in Bitlis for talented young people so that they should be educated in more modern conditions and also a dormitory for the students, who would study at this school. And this facility was assigned to the Ministry of Education in 2008.
