Mehmet Mustafa AÇIKALIN

He graduated from the Department of Economics and Finance in the faculty of Social Sciences at Ankara University. He served as: a Chief Inspector of Finance under the roof of the Ministry of Finance; the General Directorate in Turkish Maritime Enterprises and as the Chairman of the Board of Directors; the General Secretariat in Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality; the Chairman of the Board of Directors of İSTANBUL GAZ VE DOĞALGAZ DAĞITIM AŞ and İSTANBUL DENİZ OTOBÜSLERİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET AŞ, which are subsidiaries of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality; a Deputy to the Parliament (Grand National Assembly of Turkey) during the 12th Term from Istanbul and during the 13th Term from Sivas; the President of Parliamentary Planning and Budget Committee; and a Member of NATO Parliamentary Assembly Turkish Group. He holds the title of Certified Public Accountant. He is married and is the father of four children.
